  • Whats on your menu?

    Our menu changes regularly, based on seasonality and what we’re excited by.

  • Can I place an order for curbside pick-up?

  • When I arrive, where exactly will you meet me?

    Our bakery is located in a magical place with no access to the street so what we will ask you to do is to arrive at 2021 W Fulton St, look for Metric CoffeeCo. and someone will be down with your special order.

  • What are your store hours?

    Our sister companyMetric Coffee Co.is open at 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM daily and sells until our stock runs out. Our curbside pre-orders will be available for pickup at Metric Coffee Co.located at 2021 W Fulton St, Chicago IL.

  • Are your breads Kosher?

    As we would love to offer kosher products our kitchen is not kosher certified.

  • Do you source your ingredients locally?

    We love our farmers and use their seasonal products whenever we can. Klug, Spence, Nichols, and Ellis are just a few we like to support.

  • I’m interested in wholesale.

    Tell us more about your vision and how we can best serve you by filling out our wholesale form. We’d love to hear from you!

  • Do you make any gluten free breads?

    We currently do not have gluten free bread but we are super excited to work on them and get an offering to you ASAP! Please reach out to hello@enjoybrite.com.

  • Who are the people behind Brite?

    Brite is a small independently owned bakehouse that is operated in partnership with Metric Coffee Co.
